Bill is a phenomenal contractor and very personable. He replaced an old, leaking, copper P-trap at my grandparents house on an emergency call. Bill discovered the issue right away, had the bathroom vanity out, P-trap replaced, and the vanity back in before we knew it. I highly recommend Bill and Luke’s work!

Bill of Signature Structures took on a huge remodeling project for us – turning one large, hideous bathroom into two usable ones. I spoke with several contractors and he was the only one with the vision and the skills to solve a very strange bathroom design. He artfully took this one space and created an en suite to the master bedroom as well as a lovely hall bathroom for the remaining upstairs bedrooms. He showed tremendous understanding of the problem and both the look and functionality we hoped to create with the solution. He did other projects as well – a main floor bathroom, significant kitchen remodeling, and more. We are thoroughly satisfied with the work. I live in an older home that had a cast iron tub and really old plumbing. They did an amazing job converting the bathroom into a modern oasis. I now have a walk-in shower with a ton more space! They worked very diligently and kept up communication to make sure each step of the process was understood and done to my satisfaction.
